My journey into yoga really took hold in 2015 during a transformative Kirtan with Bhagavan Das. The energy of Bhakti Yoga and chanting stirred something profound within me. The love and devotion that filled the room transported me, and I left feeling forever changed. Since then, I’ve been devoted to exploring the rich traditions of yoga, meditation, and breath-work.
I began practicing yoga in 2015, exploring Kundalini yoga with Jai Dev and Kia Miller. Found inspiration through Seane Corn and many others. These teachings continue to inspire me, and now, my focus has recently deepened into Ashtanga yoga. Over the years, my personal practice has been a space for growth, peace, and connection, and it’s led me to take the next step: I’m currently completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and I look forward to offering my own classes starting in early 2025.
